On registration a medical details form must
also be completed. Please inform staff of any intended periods
of absences or illness for example measles, mumps etc., due
to risks of infection to our other children.
It is not our policy to administer medication
to the children, if your child suffers any minor ailments
for example asthma, diabetes please speak to the head of
the establishment.
